Both the 1999 and the 2004 use the same wheels. However, I not sure about the tires. You'd have to check with a dealer to make 100% sure...

I've had a bit of interest, but no money has changed hands yet. I sell parts on a first come (ie: pay), first served basis. Been stung too many time with the "I'll pay you on Friday" line...

Dan, just so ya know (incase you're questioned) a 1999 probably came with 10-inch rear wheels but there's no reason they can't run 12-inch wheels on an older machine. Many riders switched to 12-inch wheels for the rear. Doesn't matter what tires are on the wheels either, as long as it's a tread pattern the customer wants. Should be okay for a '99 model.
