Ok, new development. I didn't pay attention and bought this camper as No Tile/Parts Only. It cannot be titled again and used as a camper, but it can be moved on a location and used as a cabin/office.

If anybody is interested price has been dropped at my cost of $ 1800.00, it's a heck of a deal for a good looking camper.
