30 inch eyes
I'm not sure if I can post this here, but here it goes. I have an 80 honda cm400t that has been sitting for 10 years(Two cylinder cycle). I got it to run and it only runs on one cylinder (the right). Is my problem the coil or plug wire or both? Can you check if a plug wire is bad? Can you check if a coil is bad? The carbs are both clean. The motor is not tight and it ran fine when parked? Any help would be great. The plugs have just been replaced also. peerchking
hi 30 two things to check. 1 if you can get a compresion tester and check that you should have over 80 pounds or more to run. 2 if it has been sitting for a while check the exhaust.I once had a snowmobile that a mouse built a nest in on of the pipes. and if the air cant go out it cant get in hence it only run on one cylinder.if you got spark.I would check on these two. good luck!
