Yup. Just wire up all the 12 volt accessories off the battery that has the ground wire running to the 24 volt troller. Just wire them as normal on that battery. You could probably choose either battery to do this but keeping a common ground among all devices is safer.

You might need a backup plan on powering the locator with your trolling motor deep cycle... often you'll get interference off the trolling motor through the battery on your locator.

I'm not certain how that will work for a 24 volt system, but I'd guess you're still going to get interference.

You shouldn't have interference problems with connecting it to the starting battery...

I'd try connecting to the trolling motor battery first because it's close.. if that doesn't work you've got plan B.
