At the heron rookery (pics included)

I'll be guiding photo excursion clients next week, so decided to scout a local great blue heron rookery. Not a lot of angles that yield perfectly uncluttered background and foregrounds at this one, but a person can still get some decent stuff if you work at it. The ligh positively stank, but you take what you can get. Hope it's better next weekend for the excursion.
