Camping: pocket chain saw - where can I find one?

Blaze

Question

Hey guys,

I'm looking for someplace in the NW metro to find a Pocket Chain Saw for camping in the BWCA this weekend. I've googled the thing to death and can't find anyplace around here that carries them. Anyone have a lead on 'em for me? I used one for the first time a few weeks ago and if you haven't tried one, WOW. If Rambo would've had one of those inside his fancy knife, they never would've got him! grin.gif If you haven't seen one, google for Pocket Chain Saw and check it out...and no, I don't get any commission on them. wink.gif FYI - their HSOforum is pretty cheezy.

Thanks for your help!

Blaze

I think I have seen them in Cabela's magazine and at Gander. I think Northern Tool had them too and maybe even Harbor Freight. Hope that helps.

I've called a bunch of places and here's what I've found:

Cabela's: No.

Gander: No.

Northern Tool: No.

Midwest Mountaineering: No.

REI: No.

Dick's: Minnetonka guy said he's sold out, but Richfield says they don't even carry it? confused.gif

Where's Harbor Freight?

2 days til BWCA - anyone? Bueller?
