TV antennas

I got a little 7" lcd portable TV this last xmas. I did try it a couple times this last winter and the reception was ok. Got a couple channels, but not real clear. So I'm looking to find a tv antenna that will help with reception. I've seen a few different types used on fish houses, but am not sure which way to go. I saw one guy on one of our local lakes had a small indoor type that he had magnetic tape on the bottom of it and just stuck it to his metal roof.

Anyone have any ideas? Best for the money? Do's or Don'ts? Thanks for any help.

I just run a simple after market antenna [walmart $20]it works realy good for around the metro and when I"m fishing the longville area chanel 4 comes in realy well but those guys with the dish set ups have the right idea if you want the best

What lakes do you fish? with that info I can let you know what antenna will get you what channels.
