Clear Lake

I am heading over to Clear Lake this Friday (weather permitting), as the Mississippi is too high to fish right now. I am hoping the slightly warmer weather will get the fish going.

How was the fishing? Is anyone fishing Clear Lake?

I got some small walleye (none legal-sized), some yellow bass, and of course some bullhead. I had the best results trolling in about 14' of water between the island and the west side of that point (Dodge's?). Orange Wally Divers got the best results. I wasn't targeting yellow bass, but I heard they were really hitting along the rocks in very shallow water. I also saw another boat trolling for walleye hook and lose what they said was a 48" muskie.
