places to look for a motor?

besides newspapers, home shopper ect.....were in southern mn can i look for an outboard motor in the 25hp range? and how much am i looking at juts out of curiosity for a brand new 25hp merc or johnson??? the 18 i got now is on the end of the line and it idles like s***!! Its super noisy as well. Came wiht the boat which i got for 350 bucks. Isnt worht fixing all these minor problems i think. any help appreciated thanks!!!

I think brand new 25Hp is about 3-4 K plus tax.
