First time to fish the Morson area for walleye and smallies mainly. Would appreciate any info on the camping and fishing in the Morson area. Down Deep
I stayed there once a few years ago. We were treated very well and the facilities were very nice. Fishing was pretty good as well.
Fish Head
I stayed there last August. The camp sites aren't much to look at, just an open patch of grass. However the price was good and the people there were very friendly. They will put your boat in and pull it out for you because the boat ramp is very difficult. The ramp itself is very steep and the path going down to the ramp is gravel, very steep, very narrow and winds between trees. We only fished for Musky so I can't tell you anything about the walleye fishing.
