Sportsman 700 exhaust doughnut

How do I go about replacing the metal/lead? doughnut between the manifold pipe and muffler pipe?

Is it as simple as getting those two springs off and I have enough movement to slide it in or am I going to have to remove a tire for access and dismantle more to get this bugger in?

yep, remove those two springs pull the pipe back far enuf to get the new one in and put the springs back

Now to get enough grip to pull the springs. That beats tearing it down more though. Thanks for the tip.
