sensitivity on the lms 332c

Just got my 332c on the water for the first time and was wondering if anybody uses the auto sensitivity or adjust it manually? i tried both and the auto seemed to work pretty good. also, do you have to up the sensitivity when moving at faster speeds? thanks

At times the sensitivity needs to be adjusted, but I found that to be rare. More often, I have the unit in hyperscroll. That greatly increases the ping rate and produces a much better singal when moving. When I get up around 30 mph things begin to fade, but that could be due to my transducer location.
