help with bottom line 5300

my bottom line 5300 will turn on and run but will not pick up the bottom or read anything the trancducer is clicking and it is set up no differant than last year and yes the bottom of the ducer is clean help please!!!

I had a similar problem with one that I had. It turned out to be a broken tine where the transducer plugs into the back of the unit.
