1999 Z-71 theftlock on radio

Does anyone know how to unlock the theftlock on the radio without going to the dealer?
The previous owner must have programed it, so when I disconnected the battery it locked.
Now no music.

Is there a little pin hole reset button some where on the unit. Otherwise look in the manual

The manual said to contact the dealer.
I did e-mail GM, they said you have to hook up to there computer and unlock it, they could not give me the code, because the radio was made for them by another company that programed it.
I did not set the orginal code.
I will try to contact the company that made the radio.

I would just hate to pay a dealer to turn on the radio.....

main motors did mine in no mo than 5 min. all he did was make a phone call and then scolded me for not knowing the code.
