Had a friend that had one similar in his yard, turned out it is some kind of fungus.

Its a desease they get from insects that bite. It starts with a P not sure what the name of the disease is. The horns are basically a wart. It is the same thing that gives humans warts. It can't be spread from the rabbit to the human. If you type in google rabbit with horns you can read about it. They say it is common for rabbits to have it but this is the first one i ever seen with it.
