Eagle lake - South shore lodge

Anyone fished Eagle Lake in Ontario??

We are heading up in June and staying at South Shore lodge. Any kind of feedback would be appreciated -and of course I will leave some feedback when we get back!

Eagle Can be a tough lake to fish, I would highly suggest you get a guide for the first few days of your stay. There is a lot of water out there and there is a good number of anglers who struggle on their initial stay on the lake. The lake is not as forgiving to unstable weather patterns as other Canadian Lakes. However, weather cooperating and once you have some type of patterns down, good fishing is possible for Pike, Walleye, and Bass....( I'm not a huge fan of the Musky fishing on Eagle other then for trophy potential only, there are some real pigs out there but numbers are not as great as people think)
