We stayed at KOAs in South Dakota and Montana on a trip out west a few years ago. Even for free, I would never stay at another.

Ron, why the boycott on KOA's??? just curious, never stayed at one, but there's one by my sisters that I was going to try.

What happened? We stayed at KOA in Blackhills with family and the kids loved it. They offer free movies, scavenger hunts, etc. Swimming pools, free shuttle to Mt. Rushmore lighting ceremony etc. I will be going back. Thanks for the heads up Petey, I'll be trying the one near St. Cloud in two weeks , if it's half as enjoyable as the one in South Dakota, we'll be back there as well..
