Anyone know where I can get a hold of a manual for the boat? as I need to redo some wiring and do not have the boat diagram of the original.

I don't think you are going to find any electrical diagram on any boat specific manual. Only dealer Technical Manuals will have something if it was ever published, it's just like your car, you don't have electrcal diagrams on User's Manual.
