Portable Fish House and Mold ?

RainyEye

Question

Does anyone know, offhand, if mold can grow in a portable ( Voyager) that has gotten pretty wet inside from melted snow and condensation? This season my portable has gotten wetter than normal inside and it seems like whenever I fish for more than 3 hrs. in it I have what seems as an allergic reaction that same night (sneezing, stuffy, eyes puffy). My wife thinks it's mold, but I'm not sure if mold can thrive very well in cooler temps. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

My guess would be the propane heat source your using before mold. I also would think mold would need warmer temps to grow in your icehouse. Maybe set it up in the sun and open it up and then spray it down with a cleaner like you use in the shower? Be careful it doesnt stain or bleach the tarp.
