BigJohnnyIce
Went for the first time to Cuba Lake with the Wizard. He has fished it many, many years, so we headed to one of his favorite perch spots. We mainly fished 16 FOW, and caught a lot of fish, but most were throwbacks. I fished from 1pm to 5pm and we both had a combined 3 keepers Most of my fish were caught on an older-style blue/orange Marmooska jig (real old) tipped with 4-5 spikes. After I left, the Wizard had a break off (something big) on one of his famous Tip-Downs. A great little lake to fish! PS: Watch out for the horse and buggy riders on the road, because there are a lot of Amish people down in that neck of the woods!
CNY Tim
Thank's for the report Johnny... It stinks that option 1 wasn't available to you and the Wizard. Hoping your weekend trip will straighten that 3 and 4 lb. test right out, LOL...

I've had a lot of different experiences ice fishing but that is not one of them.
