Garmin 76

Can anyone tell me if you can load lake maps cds or way point data cds onto a garmin 76.....if so where would I pick them up and which are the best.

I assume that it is a garmin gpsmap 76. These have an internal memory. Map info needs to be downloaded to them. Lakemaster has a cd-rom package for these.
