34' Jayco trailer on Seasonal lot in Ruttgers Pine Mountain Lake Campground in Backus, MN. 12' x 24' deck added in 2004. Located on beautiful corner lot in campground nestled into the trees. I moved to south so must part with this recreational retreat. Good fishing, four wheeling and snowmobiling as it is nestled in the Foothills State Forest. Campground added a new pool to open this spring.

Pictures are on the way. Lot rent is $1900 for the season and boat slips are $225. I would only get a boat slip if you plan on putting in a lift. You can store your trailer and boat there for no additional cost. The trailer is available for viewing the campground owner has the key.

Very good for sunfish and also has a healthy Walleye and Northern population. I have had good success on walleye during the early season all the way into June and then again later in the fall. Very clear lake with good structure.

I forgot to add inclusions. All facilities at the campground are included. This is a non metered site so electric has typically been around $15 for a 3 day weekend. You can usually negotiate that up front. Not sure if he was going to install a meter this year or not. As mentioned before it does include boat/trailer and/or atv/trailer storage. I have had both up there for extended periods of time when I knew I wouldn't use them in between.

pictures have been sent. The trailer has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold out couch which could sleep two kids or one large adult. So 3 or 4 comfortably. The table does not fold down. The tires are ingood shape, there is very little miles on them as this trailer has typically been parked for long durations.

Sorry to take so long to reply. I enjoyed the great cold outdoors snowmobiling in Hayward WI this weekend. It was my first time snowmobiling in WI and it was quite a treat. The trail system there is excellent, well maintained and the colder weather kept the rider count low as well. Any ways if you look at the seasonal sites the lot is the one with the "S"easonal touching it farthest from the lake (far left as you look at the map). Actual distance to the lake is about 200 yards. You have a great view from the deck due to the corner location and how it looks between and over the other units located there. The site is elevated almost 30 feet from the lake level. Pictures are on the way.
