Anybody know the cheapest place to buy this or is at pretty much the same every where. Also, can you buy it in bulk?

I know up here at Halbergs (Wyoming, MN) they sell oil in bulk of various brands for quite a reasonable price. I would guess that some dealers closer to you would as well. Call a few and find out, and let us know
