finding the right prop

woodview

Question

I'm wondering if anyone has a link to find a prop for an older mercury? I checked merc's HSOforum but the only thing I could find only went back to 2000. I'm looking for a prop for an early 80's 25 horse. I was hoping to find an old motor that wasn't being used anymore for spare parts and the prop but haven't had any luck so I'm looking new and need to know the serial #.

Woodview, another possibility would be Twin City Outboard. They have a good supply of parts for older outboards. Check the trib want-ads for the 800 number, Sorry, I don't have it.

Thanks for the Suggestions everyone.
Surface Tensions - I was expecting just somewhere to start looking from... I really appreciate the extra you put into it plus the anticipation regarding the hub code.
Now it's just a matter of selecting the right pitch, finding a good deal and then a little work on the trailer.
