I finder H2O power saving?

Is there a power saving feature on the H2O? There used to be one on the old ifinder, but I cannot find the same feature on my H2O. Looked in the manual, didn't see anything.

You can set the backlight timer to different settings of delay or continuously on. This will help your battery life quite a bit when you have the backlight cycle off when not used for a certain amount of time.

Hit Menu twice and then the <Screen> option. You should find it there, along with contrast, brightness, etc.

There is also a power saving option for if you are using it indoors, you can shut off the antena portion so you can still scroll around the screen you just will not be using any satelites. I dont remember how to do it but it is in the manual.

Yes, in easy mode hit menu and scroll down to power savings or in advance mode hit menu twice, then GPS setup and then scroll down to power savings.

I have the H20.....it's there in both advanced and easy Mode.

What options does it give you in Easy Mode when you hit menu once?

It should be in order starting at the top, Go To Cursor, Cancel Navigation, Screen, Sounds, and then Power Savings.

Do you have an H2Oc color?...what software version does your unit have?
