Difference between Vexilar slt and se?

Can someone explain the difference between these two models?

I believe that the FL8-SLT is the older of the two models... the SE came out the same time the FL-18 did... the only real difference as far as I know is that the lights used on the flahser are a little brighter and perhaps a little more crisp than the SLT...
