LABS4ME
Here's an easy one... Catch one bullhead Carefully remove form hook Throw back in the lake Lick the slime off your fingers!!! Just kidding, my grandpa use to skin them and take the head and guts out, bread them and deep fry them whole, they were good from what I can remember, (30 years ago), but they did come out of a nice clean lake up north... I think that would have something to do with the flavor... I think the cleaning part is the part that would be hard, not the cooking... he had some guy make him his skinning tool , took a lineman's cutter and soldered or welded a small cutting edge (looked like a dorsal fin) to one side of it, he'd zip that around the fish and pull the skin with the pliers. Worked pretty slick (again from what I remember)... Good luck! Ken
merc
My favorite is just roll in flour, fry in margerine, when done drain grease from pan, pour in a can of evaporated milk and simmer until milk gets thick. They are great. The milk takes the fishy taste out of them.
