MarCum LX5 and Vex Ultra ... Battery ?'s

How easy is it to charge the system on the LX5 ? Where ?

obivously easy on the vex...but

How easy is it to change out a battery for a fresh one, on both systems? Do I need a screwdriver etc?

depends on which unit you have. The Vex Ultra pac. you will need a screw driver the other vex units you don't. The LX-5 it's just a matter of taking the unit out of the soft case the battery is velcroed down with a strap. I would say it would take just about the same amount of time on each except for needing a screw driver. Have owned both units but just sold the Vex Ultra Pac.

Yep pretty much got her narrowed down to the LX5 seems if you use the features it has it is a bit better than the Ultra.

Was up at LOW this past few days and a friend of mine still has the Vex FL-18 but after seeing my LX-5 in action he is switching over also. He couldn't believe the difference in the two units. Besides all the interference he had to contend with in the same house. If you look at all the features on the two units and see one in action you will pick the LX-5 for the same $$$$ you spend on each. Good Luck you won't be disappointed.
