Vacuum foodsealers..

Hoffer

Question

Just was wondering if anyone has used the various vacuum food sealers on the market?? Do you like yours and do you find that you still use it after you have had it for awhile - or does it sit on the shelf and collect dust?

Thanks!

Hoffer

I've had mine for about 5 years now and it still gets used heavly. I use mine for fish, venison, all the meats and even Wild rice. I highly recommend getting one. I also have 3 containers that i use for marinating (sucking all the air out and the marinade into the meat.) works great

i have had one for a couple years now and still uses it all the time, many for meat, it really help keeping it longer , that way you dont have to worry so much about anything going bad its a good investment, cost alittle bit but you can reuse the bags for along time if you do it right

Thanks for the info. Do guys have a brand that seems to work. They had a brand on sale at Kohls last night. It was a "foodsaver" brand. The machine was originally 159.00 and it was on sale for 59.00 plus 15% off that. I couldnt pass up the deal - but before I opened up the box - I wanted to check with the experts here to see if i would use this more than a couple times....any more input would be appreciated -especially if anyone has the "foodsaver" brand. Thanks!!
