8 x 8 Fish-House -Price Reduced

8x8 fish-house. Constructed of 1/2 and 3/4 green treated plywood. The house is painted dark green and has a white steel roof and trim.

The house was built 3 years ago (I bought the frame from a local welder and constructed the house)

Currently has 3-hinged holes, a forth could be added easily

Crank down axle system (rides on springs when towing)

2 inch hitch, safety chains and removable jack

Walls (insulated) are constructed of 2x2's and 2x4's

18,000 btu direct vent furnace w/thermostat(out of motor home)

Six- 12 volt lights

Marine carpet

Two built storage units/benches and card table

Large windows

Extra interior and exterior storage

Newer (less that 200 miles) tires and rims, 14 inches of clearance (will easily handle a rough access)

T & G pine on ceiling and door

Interior height is just under 6ft

White paneling and white peg board on walls

The house in nice shape and ready to fish. Must see to appreciate.

Just wondering if this house is 8 X 8 inside or is that the frame size. I saw in the pictures that the house is a couple feet short of the frame with the storage.

The house is 8x8 with about a 2 foot "deck" on the front- making the actual frame 8ft wide and 10ft long.

buyer backed out - his wife told him no. need to sell will take offers - have $1400 invested. Pics available.

House is perfect for rough roads with over 14 inches of clearance. Can easily be pulled by any type of vehicle.
