I had to make a tough decision on what I spent money on this fall and the brown suit Santa will be dropping off my new Lowrance H20 C w/ Lakemaster Software soon. (I hope!)

I think I will be sending my LX-3 in for the TC upgrade though. Now I just have to find a couple weeks where I don't need my flasher this winter... Doh!

I am anxiously waiting for Santa. Cripes! He should have been here by now. I've been a good boy.

Seriously, though. I am more excited about the brightness of the display than anything. My old LX-3 was better than anything I've ever fished with. I could read the darn thing in direct sunlight. It wasn't perfect, but I could see it. I am hoping I can read this one if the sun was a half block away. I guess that might curtail the formation of ice if that was the case.

HA, That Brown reindeer guy drop of my LX5 today too.

It was packed without a wrapper so he knew what is was. I think he was more excited then I was. Normally he just leaves stuff at the door but this time he handed it to me, with a big smile.

Best part is, its 1 degree outside(2 degrees colder then my last post) and I'm going to fire that bad boy up Saturday. Muhahahaha. ITS ON!
