Hookmaster Posted November 23, 2005 Share Posted November 23, 2005 I'm cooking our turkey on the gas grill. Is it better to put it in a pan or use the rotisserie? Big Julie Posted November 23, 2005 Share Posted November 23, 2005 Last year was the first year we brined our turkey and put it on a spit. It was awesome! So tender and moist, you can hardly believe it. We turned the grill off at 175 deg. internal temp. and let it spin another 20 minutes. I've got another one in the brine for tomorrow!
