Minn Kota Problem

I have a Minn Kota 65 AP and the foot control won't turn/steer the motor. The prop turns fine but the motor won't steer? I bought it new last spring. Anyone else have this problem or have suggestions to fix it?

Hey that is actually pretty common with Auto Pilot and Power drive models. It should still be under warranty and all you need to do is contact Johnson Outdoors and they will replace the pedal for you. I had this problem a couple of years ago.

It may be as simple as a dirty plug and socket. If cleaning it doesn't work get it in for warranty work.
