antique lures

Question

Anyone know of a good antique fishing lure appraiser? Like many of us, I have a box full of old lures that have been handed down the family line. Up till know I have just had them in a box, but I was thinking if I have anything of value I would like to make a nice display case for them.

I was at one of the new Gander Mountain stores, either Lakeville or Forest Lake. I tend to think it was Forest Lake. In the meeting room they have a really good collection of antique lures.

I have a few given to me and am interested in their value, though I will never sell them. For those that have an interest in antique lures, it might be interesting to visit the store.

Anyhow, there was a brochure by the doorway for some person that would appraise them for you. I also think he had an interest in buying too.

I am going to make a display out of mine like the store had.
