Best Depth Finder For Ice Fishing In Your Opinion??

I am looking into purchasing a Vexilar for Ice fishing. I have put it off long enough, but was wondering if there are any other units that you think are better or worth looking into for ice fishing?
Do you know of any good internet sites where I can get a good deal?

Vex sets the standard. I have had them all.

Stick with Vexilar. You won't be disapointed. Be careful with the fl-18, I hear they are on recall. I use a fl-8, best investment for ice fishing! Good Fishing, Matt.

I wouldnt worrie about the 18 if considering that model, Im very Happy with mine, the problems can be corrected, just use the zoom feature after your settled in with the ducer.

The vexilar is the way to go.. But for those you you that think you can correct this fl-18 problem I would love for you to come out to my house this weekend and show me how!! It is a problem and you cant fix it without the company fixing it.
