Waterfowl Update

Snow Geese are on the move! Hurricane lake which is about 35 mils west of Devils Lake was holding about 50,000 birds at mid week and with cold temps in the forecast this weekend that number will increase dramatically in the next week. Most of the local ducks and Canada Geese have been pushed out by heavy hunting pressure but a lot of northern birds are making their way down. HOpefully the magration goes slow so we can get out and enjoy a few real good snow goose hunts. Good Luck
