LABS4ME
One of the easiest ways to roast a goose that I've done is to season the goose inside and out, lay in roasting bag, dump a can of fruit cocktail inside and seal up the rosting bag. Place bag in a roasting pan. I do mine on the grill. Takes around 3 hours or so but it depends on the size of the goose. The les will move very freely when it's done. It turned out moist and delicious.Good Luck!Ken
BarryG
The only way I have ever had goose was smoked! As far as I'm cocerned that is the only way I want it. I think I could eat the whole thing by myself!
sunkinboat
Place goose in roaster. Season with salt pepper and add 2 cups of water. Bake on 350 for 1.5 hours. Take out of oven add 1 large family size can of each cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and cream of chicken soups. Place back in oven for another 1.5 hours or til starting to fall off the bone. Then with a large fork and a plate shred the goose off the bones and place in suop mixture. Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy.
