cable guard clip?

the little clip that holds the cables away from the bowstring has become worn on my bow. Should i replace this clip or would it work if i was to just gorilla glue the cables into the clip? It has gotten to the point where the cables come out of the clip after every shot

What ever you do don't glue the cables in the clip!!! They need to be able to move.

I would just get it replaced. I sure wouldn't want to have a malfunction when the Big Boy is giving you your one opportunity at him. Just my 2 cents
