Congratulations Windy on your SSSSSWWWEEEEEEEEEEPPPP! El Duque was nails, his performance was fantastic. Playing small ball for that final run reminded me of how great both are teams play small ballcan do the little things plus pitch and play great defense. South siders are partying tonight! Whatta game!

I am so glad Renteria made the final out for the Red Sox, tottally fitting for us Cardinal fans...

Thoughts on a let down Windy? I don't get ESPN, so I didn't get to watch any of the games, but I did walk into a resturant tonight and watched a bit of the last couple innings along with the post game celebration. I know its been a while for the Sox organization, but looking at the celebration you'd think they'd just won the World Series, and not just the first round. I mean they were breaking out the champagne, etc. I admit it was also kinda funny seeing all the faces in the crowd as they panned through it with the cameras. Absolute shock. Be interesting to see what the Boston papers will read tomorrow.

With the Sox win that gives the Central another round. Can't say I nessecarily had a favorite in the other series, but it would nice to see the Yanks take Anaheim now. That way if the Sox make it to the World Series, they will have taken down the Beasts from the East, in Boston & New York.

I'm not a white soxs fan but I sure did enjoy watching those red sox fans cry!!!!!!!!!

I have two employees that are white sox die hards fans at work. I told them both to take tomorrow off because I know they will be drinking tonight.
