Couple duck decoys and 1 goose! wink.gif unfortunatley, my fishing gear goes to the back of the garage when I can start hunting. I caught one on Friday on a Pacemaker and had a couple more follows.

And a spinnerbait is so versatile. It can be a fast bait or a slow bait. That slow rolling or rise and fall retrieve will trigger neutral fish of many species. Whether it's pike, bass or musky, there are spinnerbaits in my box, and they're one of my go-to lures.

Personal favorite at this time is the weighted sucker pattern Suick.....

I try to throw what the conditions/forage dictate, but I really feel that throwing what you have confidence in plays a part. Bulldawg was good to me last weekend......

Do you guys use the larger sized Bulldawg or the smaller one?

I had a magnum bulldawg once upon a time. That is, until on my second cast with it the thing went soaring 50 yards. The cheapo leader I was using broke like the lure was attached to four pound test fishing line. Dang that was awesome. crazy.gif It felt so good to see that $16 lure fly so far and sink to the bottom of the lake never to be seen again. smirk.gif

Oh well...lessons learned
