Tyler Holm Posted September 21, 2005 Share Posted September 21, 2005 I hit this beauty while pre-fishing for a Carp Tournament a few weeks ago. Took me about 15 minutes to get into the net. She went 17-10. I let her go to be caught again another day. It would have put me well into the money if I would have caught it the following day. Oh well, that's fishing. There is another in Brookings (that I want to fish next year for sure). I've yet to hear of any in MN. Let me know if you know of some. Here is my post in the SD Forum for the tourney. Fall fishing opens doors to other species. catman, I can tell you that is baby came in 10 FOW on a hard mud bottom. Corn on a #4 hook. 14# test mono on my rod and 10# test mono on my 5' leader.
