I have an auto charger that I leave hooked up all summer. Every once and a great while it will charge the battery so I suspect that the battery has a natural discharge from sitting. If you knew how long these batteries sit in storage or on the shelf before they are used I think you would be surprised. The auto charger is deffinetly worth it! icepike Posted September 19, 2005 Author Share Posted September 19, 2005 okay guys..i recharged the battery completly back up.100 percent.and the unit is working....maybe i ad that before i charged it up i turned the unit on it was working well..meaning giving flashes and showing bottom.
