Jeremy airjer W
The original rope led has been around for a while. Most agree that the clam rope lights were to dim and not worth the investment, however they are a decent light source and some agree that they are worth it. Its a minimal investmest for a reliable and long lasting light source with a minimal drain on your battery. If you get them let us know how you like them! PierBridge
If you go with rope lighting make sure it's LED Rope lighting it cost a little more but non LED rope lighting is worthless.

Ears
Or do a search for super bright leds and they have a bunch of led tubes or mini led clusters at a decent price.
Norsky
The super bright leds web site is where I bought mine and made a tube for holding them. I think I bought 4 sections of 3 bulbs, I then enclosed them in clear plastic, ran the wires thru the end and sealed it with silicone. That light bar will run for hours and hours on very little battery power, it sure beats messing with a gas lantern. Let me know if you need more details on how to construct it, it's pretty easy. Paul Waldowski
Norsky,I have the exact same light bar. What did you use for plastic to enclose them? How did you go about it?
