Well I need your guys and gals help here. I have the geese and cant find a decent recipe for the brine for smoking the geese. I have been looking on the internet but all i have found are those recipes for tame geese, not wild birds, I have all ready cut the breast out of the geese and if thats not the right way please let me know and next time i will clean them differently. Thank you
