Guest
Why do the Twins always leave him in the game so long?Once again tonight with a 1 run lead, and up to 97 pitches and 2 on,they let him keep pitching, and almost as always he gives up the big hit.Should not wonder why they wont make the playoffs. They dont deserve it. IFallsRon
Gardy is too soft. He doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings unless he can blam in on Ryan by sending someone to AAA.Radke should be pitching in the 3 or 4 spot in that rotation. fishyguy
The guy is 15th in the league in ERA among starters, he is 6th in innings pitched, and 4th in WHIP among starters with over 100 innings pitched. What do you want? Santana is #1 and Silva is having a great year but lets see it for a couple of years before we elevate him to greatness. You mentioned Radke should be maybe #4 on this staff. Behind who at 3? Baker? Mays? Lohse? Give the guy credit. He isn't headed for the Hall but he is incredibly consistent and reliable. His ERA is 3.88. Put him on a team with a good lineup that scores runs and he has 12-15 wins.

Not to mention he walks less people then anyone who has ever pitched in this league.I do agree they leave him in a little longer then I would like sometimes. Of course I do not have to worry about the wear and tear of 162 games on our bullpen.
Guest
I agree that Brad is a good pitcher and sometimes doesnt get much run support, but, when his pitch count is high and he is having trouble, why would you leave him in there to lose the lead,no reason, they have a good bull-pen.This is not the first time its happenned.
