Trailer Repair

I recently purchased an older 14ft with 25hp tiller. I noticed right away that it comes off the trailer really hard. I was out last night and noticed that a couple of the keel rollers are stuck/hard to roll.

Any tips or suggestions on repairing or replacing the rollers would be appreciated. Is the best way to unload at local "not busy" lake and work on it in the parking lot?

See me at work tomorrow, I have a couple of ideas. We can pick the boat off the trailer at my place and make life easier too.
