Need a new prop??? Warning long rant

Question

OK guys today I think my prop has to now RIP. I hit a underwater tree today. I was fishing in low water today and I thought I was clear to start my motor up and go away. But when I stated to turn up my throttle I heard a loud clattering noise. The motor shut off and I restarted,it ran and I gunned it to the launch. I noticed that the boat was going slower than usual even at WOT. At the launch I notice that the blades on the prop got damaged. It's a late 80's Mercury 70 oil injected motor, and this thing runs great. Do any of you guys have any suggestions on props or places where I could buy a prop? I am in the Twin Cities. Thanks for the replies in advance.

I would recommend that you buy a spare prop and have your current prop rebuilt. Performance Propeller in Brooklyn Park can help you out. Thee is a also a guy that gets mentioned frequently on this site who does good prop work at reasonable prices.
