CZ 550 American Rifle and 30-06 Springfield chambering??

I have a couple of questions.

1st off.....

CZ 550 American Rifle. Anyone own or shot one of these rifles? I spoke with a gun dealer about this and he thought this was a fantastic rifle(one of if not the best overall gun on the market for the price).

Secondly, what about the 30-06 springfield load? What in the world is the difference between this and the traditional 30-06 load? Forgive my ignorance as I've been a shotgun owner/hunter all my life and have finally moved into more of a rifle mode.

The CZ 550 and 527 use a claw extractor. Like all Mousers, You must feed the rounds through the magazine. It is a very strong action. Have the store mount the scope. The bolt handle may hit the scope.

I have a CZ 527 ( a mini Mouser ) in .22 Hornet. Sweet!

The 1903 Springfield ( a Mouser nock-off ) was the first rifle made for the 30-06 round or the 30-06 round was made for the 1903 Springfield. Thus the name 30-06 Springfield, 30 cal make in 1906.

So the Mouser action and the 30-06 round, Well, it's classic!

I think I read somewhere that CZ is the Worlds largest small arms manufacturer.
