Great 4th weekend

Just wanted to say a big thanks to all the ATV'ers we encountered this weekend near the Akeley to Laporte area. Everyone I saw was very courteous and safe and definitely obeying the law from what I could see. Any little thing helps to keep us in the good graces of the ignorant public. Also want to give a quick shoutout to a new food and watering hole, the Stomping Grounds just north and west of Akeley. I don't remember what trail they were off of since I wasn't leading. The chatter was very friendly and the food was great. I hope the campground they are trying to build with ATV'ers in mind works out.
