Holiday Fishing!!

Just seeing who got some fishing in this past weekend and how it went for all of you? Hopefully you all had a great long weekend with some fantastic stories to tell.

On my side here, well I had to work all weekend.

Did my first 'frog hunt' of the year on Thurs and fished 'em Sat night. Caught largemouth 16, 18, and 19 inches. They bite better during the day with the sun out, I fished the last hour of daylight and was a bit slow for that spot. Also, frogs either huge or on the small side - should be better in a couple weeks. Frogs + gravel pit + brush + black Chompers jig = BASS!!

I got a total of three fish all weekend but the lake I was fishing was a total zoo to lots of jetskiers and pleasure boaters but thats to be expected hope fishing gets better soon fishin has been so bad for me it not good

Yep, the livelier the better. I put on my sandals, grab a butterfly net, and chase em down at a buddys pond.
